install problem on step 7

Hi. I receive an error on step 7 of the install.

 

The error reads: Table 'tommymadisonsql.configuration' doesn't exist

 

Do I need to create a configuration table in the MySQL database?

You're database didn't install completely, either due to a hiccup during installation or a corruption of the original oscommerce.sql when you uploaded to the server. Upload another copy of oscommerce.sql and try to install again.
