Replacing the Category Head Box Text With an Image

Hey Guys, I set about to replace the text in the box headings with imgages. I got all to be removed but The category text does not want to dissapear at al. How can I replace the category text with my own image.

Hi Guys.. I think I have narrowed the problem down a bit..

 

When my store first loads on the index page, it shows the replacement image for the category boc heading. If I refresh the page, the image is gone and the default text title "category" comes back.

 

How do I sort this out?

Hey guys it seem the problem was with the cache file . I recreated my cache files abd that solved the problem.
