Don't understand attributes using Easy Populate

Just started looking into oscommerce today and it looks great. I downloaded and installed Easy Populate and I'm a little confused about the attributes and how they're listed for every product. Couldn't find any documentationon it. If someone could point me to where I could find info on it or explain it to me it would be greatly appreciated.

I don't think there are any instrucitions anywhere. The attributes columns in the EP file match the attributes you have in your admin->product attributes section. You should use the download full catalog option in Ep and compare the attribute columns it generates to what you have listed in that section.
