If i have 0 products in stock and a customer order one part, the stock level should go to -1 in admin, it`s not working it still stand 0 in admin. On the webshopp the level should never go under 0
GraphicsGuy Posted January 21, 2006 Posted January 21, 2006 Go to admin>configuration>stock Make sure Check Stock Level and Subtract Stock settings are both set to true. hth Rule #1: Without exception, backup your database and files before making any changes to your files or database. Rule #2: Make sure there are no exceptions to Rule #1.
