INStallation Error!!!!

Hi man im a newbye of Oscommerce, and i have some problem... i've read avrithing besfore post this but i cant do nothing to change the situazion.. so pls help... i have try to change permission but they came to initial situaztion 1sec after the change sorry for my english and pls help me !!!!
