The ip address of this session is 213.113.147.60 and shows up on lookupip as Vietel Corporation in Asia. How do I kill / delete /remove this session. It currently has ?3000 worth of clothes in its basket and is visibily slowing my site. I use the spiders.txt contribution and have just updated to the latest .txt file for this, BUT I want to delete this active session now !!! Please help !! Thanks in advance Paul

Thanks in advance Paul Try going to your hosting control panel and blocking the ip address. On another note one customer filling a basket up should not really slow down your site. The Knowledge Base is a wonderful thing. Do you have a problem? Have you checked out Common Problems? There are many very useful osC Contributions Are you having trouble with a installed contribution? Have you checked out the support thread found Here BACKUP BACKUP BACKUP!!! You did backup, right??
