HappyApple Posted January 20, 2006 Posted January 20, 2006 Hi, I am setting up an OSCommerce site for a client. They are currently using Microsoft Listbuilder as their customer database and group email program. I can easily export the customer database out of this program. I was wondering however, if it is possible to import this information in to the OSCommerce database, without having to individually add the customer details. Any information would be greatly appreciated. HA btw. I have used the search engine, but nobody seemed to answer this question in the relevant threads i could find.

Id look in the contributions for something like "easy populate." Its designed to import product info, but I wouldnt be suprised if there's a mod for customer info. Other wise I'd suggest this contribution... Sugar Force: http://www.sugarforge.org/projects/osc-sugar-integ/ It links your customer data to Osc and makes easy updates. OPEN-SOURCE, PHP based, independent "The aim of this project is to allow sugarCRM users to manage osCommerce customers, orders and products through the sugar interface while osCommerce customers can update their information through the osCommerce interface." Never used Listbuilder, but this could be a free alternative...
