How do I remove Country dropdown option -

Hi everybody -

I?ve got a rather simple problem - but a complex solution (it seems)

 

I must get rid of the Country dropdown-list in the checkout process -

i.e. in the checkout process where the customer must choose a country of origin with the combobox/dropdown list with all the counties of the world -

 

I really need this completelly gone ! -

 

Does anyone here know how to do this - any info is greatly appreciated.
