Low Stock Report 1.3

Just a quick question...

 

In the instructions it states:

 

Edit admin/includes/application_top.php and add the line:

 

define('FILENAME_STATS_LOW_STOCK', 'stats_low_stock.php');

 

Where in the file do you add this line? I've tried several different spots and I'm getting this error:

 

 

 

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare tep_db_connect() (previously declared in /hsphere/local/home/catscrea/catscreationsandcrafts.com/admin/includes/functions/database.php:13) in /hsphere/local/home/catscrea/catscreationsandcrafts.com/admin/includes/functions/database.php on line 13
