Trouble Installing CCGV

Please help!

 

I have a brand new install of osCommerce 2.2 Milestone 2 Update 051113 and I am trying to install Credit Class & Gift Voucher 5.12a. Could someone please walk me through it, because it don't seem to be working right.

 

This is what I did:

 

1. Installed fresh install of OSC 2.2 M2 Update 051113

2. Copied the catalog files from CCGV1.51a2-part1 into the installation

3. Installed the sql included in CCGV1.51a2-part2

 

this is what I got:

 

http://www.nowonstage.net/catalog/

 

What am I doing wrong??
