I'm getting this error one new php files

I'm adding the html folder to hold several manufacturers categories. e.g Basic structure below.

 

html

 

-blitz supercharger folder

- - w/php files inside

 

-hps supercharger folder

- - w/php files inside

 

-comptech supercharger folder

- - w/php files inside

 

-jackson supercharger folder

- - w/php files inside

 

I would like the pages to load like this one.
