strange behavior of popup_image.php after server move

Hi all,

 

after moving ISPs and reconfiguring the configure.php files and php.ini on the server to turn safe mode off etc, our site seems to function fine except for the "click to enlarge" feature.

 

Instead of showing the enlarged image of the product, it opens up a blank template of the site! to see it please go to http://www.scrapmode.com/osc/catalog/produ...fcce157dc843219

and stretch out the popup window to see what I mean..

I must also mention that I tried the same php file from another osc install and brought it to this new isp to test, and I get the same result. Could it be something specific to the way server is configured ? what should be in my php.ini file?

anyone?? please could somebody help me on this? we are getting very desperate. We are willing to pay to have someone look at it.

Seems the catalog\popup_image.php file does not process the products id well. Start from there.
