jodes Posted January 19, 2006 Posted January 19, 2006 Hi Everyone, I have two shipping contributions installed - AusPost contribution and Free Shipping module. I'm not sure if the problem is because they are conflicting or if its problem within the free shipping module itself. but basically when an item is free shipping and i am in the checkout it won't let me get past the shipping page - Just has the please select arrow but there is no little round thing to actually select the method. I am almost ready to go live but I can't until i get this fixed as the product that have the "free shipping" are on consignment so they are shipped from another location, so the shipping is already built into the price. I have a few other problems but I can worry about them later after we have gone live, but this one can't wait :o( If someone could provide assistance urgently - I would be extremely greatful. Guest Posted January 23, 2006 Posted January 23, 2006 check your admin->modules->order total->shipping. Are the parameters there configured correctly? Check the Allow Free Shipping and Provide Free Shipping settings. Quote
