Is it possible to disable user login feature in Oscommerce?

I want to use OsCommerce for a website, but they don't need user login/user account features. They want to use PayPal's Website Payments Pro for accepting payments.

 

Is it possible to disable the user login feature? If yes then where should I dig into the code?

I downloaded Purchase Without Account (PWA). But some part of documentation is in german and I don't understand it. Also the developer is telling to replace the code with his new code, but in some part i'm not able to find the code to be replaced. Also the line numbers are miss matched. I mean when the developer says to go a perticular line number, at that line the expected code doesn't exist. Does anyone have readymade edited files which enables PWA on Oscommerce? I'm going to use english language so I need files for english version.
