Easpy Populate Help

Hi, I have installed Easy Populate 2.74-MS2 to my oscommerce store. I have Downloaded Complete tab-delimited .txt file to edit. I edit just one product and then I try to upload it back to my database. These are the errors that I receive -

Can someone please tell me how to fix these errors.

public_html//catalog/ - notice the double slash?

 

Vger
