Emails sent

I have a number of contributions installed that send various emails to customers. I have had an ongoing problem with them and was hoping maybe someone can help. When the email is sent at first any links weren't coming through as links just "catalog/blahblah.php" I changed the email settings to send at stmp with HTML and now I actually get a link in the email but instead of being http://mysite/catalog/login.php so it links back to my site it is coming through as http://webmail.optonline.net/catalog/login.php so when you click it you get an error that the page couldn't be found. I would assume that if I used a different email company it would say http://whatever the email service is/catalog/login.php.

 

How do I fix this?? and where??
