no shipping address /billing address/ payment method /order date

ok when a customer ordered,an email with detailed order links will be sent to the email.i tried to make a purchase and click on the links which poses to be html invoice that allow me to check the status online.

 

which are sent by mail to customer and webmaster, but no shipping and billing address shown!so does the payment method and order date.

 

im dying to know how to fix these.everything works fine and it shown in the admin area and in the email which is SO weird...please help
