Zeroing out Reports

Hi, OSC dummy needs instruction. We've finished doing the testing and have put the shopping cart live. How do I zero out all the reports? Our "test buyers" bought a lot, but I'd like to reset these figures to zero so I can see how real shoppers view and purchase. Thanks in advance for the help! Best wishes, Jan

Since nobody answered, I will just make sure that I posed the question clearly. I am talking about setting the reports for Products Viewed, Products Ordered, and Customer Orders Total, back to zero. The numbers were high although all the test orders have been deleted. I would like them to be at zero to see the data about the real customers. :)

Thank you in advance to anyone who attempts an answer.

Try looking at this contribution http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contributions,2246 doing a quick forum search this seems like what others are using to do the same thing.

I'm having this same issue. I have 36 orders that show as "pending" on the front page of the Admin section. There are only 19 orders that are actually pending (all of which are also test orders and will be deleted). How do I get that 36 to show the correct number of orders? Is there a contribution for this or do I need to delete the orders directly at the database somehow?

Thank you so very much, Mindy. I will forward the info to my coder and see if he can reset the reports. Your answer is greatly appreciated!

Best wishes,

Jan
