Sill missing picture in IE

I know this problem has been a few times, but the remedures given do not fix my problem.

 

Still there are no pictures showing up in IE

Here you can see a screenshot.

The problem is not due to the path-problem which solved by changing the entries in confiure.php

 

 define('HTTP_COOKIE_DOMAIN', '.recklesspb.com');
define('HTTPS_COOKIE_DOMAIN', '.recklesspb.com');

 

it still persists.
