I have discovered the problem with me not receiving emails.....it's AOL.

For some reason, no emails are sent to AOL addresses (or AOL blocks them.) I checked my AOL Spam folder and nothing is there.

Anyone know what the solution is?

The same thing happened to my oscommerce email as had happened to you all on the same date even. At first I had thought that the online shop that I help run was simply having an unusually slow week, but after testing I could see that the shop was suddenly not allowing any emails from the site. After about four or five hours of reading code I decided to do as David did and contact our host.

Anyway, long story short, the issue is that your host, probably like with David's and our site, disabled PHP-based email scripts site wide. The reason is because a lot of spam based email originates from these types of scripts and so many hosts (I have a different host than David) have disabled ALL php email. You will need to contact your host and get them to allow you to use php email for this function to work again.

Perhaps, if this becomes a big issue with a lot of people, a sticky thread on this subject could be added to this forum by someone more knowlegable than I.

JJ is right.

My problem is solved.

My contact-us.php page has been hacked. => the hacker send 200 mails per hour, so my hosting company disabled php based email.

Solution: secure your pages. How to do that can be found here: http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contributions,3534/

After you secured them, contact your hosting company again, explain them you secured the pages and they will enable your mail again.
