I am in the need of the following:

Some sort of "instant-download" system after succesful payment through PayPal - is there already made something like this? :)

 

Also, what is the best kind of affiliate system for osCommerce?

You might not have received an immediate answer because this question has been asked over and over (and over) again. Doing a search of the forums or checking out the documentattion link would have helped you solve this.

 

But here is the answer to your questions:

1. This is built into Oscommerce by default.

2. You'll aslo need to install and set up the Pay Pal IPN

or if you're using Web Payments Pro:

Try that first...

If you need more control over downloads try installing the Download Controller contribution:

Might be an idea to create some sort of "FAQ" section at the site where users can contribute with solutions to often posted questions..

I think so as well.. seeing as there are always a ton of questions of this particular subject.
