astronaut Posted January 17, 2006 Posted January 17, 2006 Hi guys/gals, ran into something weird and am trying to get to the bottom of it as soon as I can. Basicly my main store works perfectly. Customers get emailed a receipt and the store owner gets emailed all the billing info and other customer info. Perfect, but when I create a second store (a perfect copy of the original), that store only emails the customer thier reciept and not the store owner. (there is a different email contact for each store, and I made sure the email is working for both, so that isn't it). I have set up osc with one SSL certificate. The store works great so I have been selling softgoods on it. I wanted to sell a personal item through the store so I created a second store to sell that item on. This is a long story why I created this second store, but basicly I have set up the main store to be connected to our softgoods inventory system and didn't want this second store to be connected to that system. I have run into a problem with this second store now. When a customer buys something on the second store it emails them a reciept and it should also email me (the store owner) all the credit card info, but it is not. Only the customer receipt is going out. Could this have anything to do with SSL only allowing one store/contact ? Do I need a second SSL cert? Is there a possible firewall issue? I am banging my head against the wall at this point. woo!
