Changing the order in which items are listed?

Hello,

 

I have been successful in all aspects of getting my OS Commerce store to work they way I want to, the only thing I have not been able to customize (nor find any support material for) is changing the order of items as they are displayed in a category. For example if I add item "A" and item "B" to a category, item A is automatically listed first when that category is displayed... what if I want item B to be listed first?

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
