Option missing from order

Hi

 

I have a product which has an option associated which adds on additional postage see http://cumfybumfy.co.uk/cumfyshop/product_...products_id/990

 

Tonight a customer ordered 5 of these and no option is shown on the order - so she wasn't charged for postage. The 'collect' option is not on the order either - so it isn't that she has chosen that by mistake.

 

I have tried a test purchase using the buy now button and from the product page and I can't replicate this - any ideas how it is possible. In all the tests I have done the option shows correctly.

 

This is rather urgent as I don't want to have to inform customers that they need to send further cash if they want the goods - but on such a low value, high weight item I can't afford to take the postage hit.
