Shippingstatus3.2 - confused??

Hi All,

 

I've tried searching for more info on php myadmin but i get 1000's of documents!!

 

The instructions for this mod say:

 

Step 1:

Insert the file shippingstatus.sql using phpMyAdmin

 

Ok, i am a newbie, but insert where??? and what is phpMyadmin...how do i use it...etc!!!

 

Can some fantastic person point me in the right direction please?
