volumax Posted January 17, 2006 Posted January 17, 2006 Hi all, I have been reading through the forums and tried some of the suggestions but AOL user are still having problems when returning from our payment processor. The problem is that they enter all their card details details confirm the order but upon return the order is still in their basket and the gateway has not recorded their details of payment and no order is created. This annoying as the shop works without any problems with ecery body else! Has anyone got anymore ideas? config -> sessions is set as follows:- Session Directory /tmp Force Cookie Use False Check SSL Session ID False Check User Agent False Check IP Address False Prevent Spider Sessions True Recreate Session False TIA Andy Literally, Laterally Thinking! If you cannot get through it, go round it.
