Which webserver do you suggest?

Hello everybody,

I am a new user of OsCommerce! I am so pleased to be part of this great international community :)

I wonder which is the best webserver to use with Oscommerce, Apache or IIS?

The web hosting service i will use has both options, I can choose a Windows 2003 Server or a Linux one.

So the choice depends on me. On my personal desktop I am running Windows Xp Pro. What parameters should I take in mind choosing between Apache or IIS? Which gives less troubles?

For your hosting account use Linux, it is much better for osC. For your desktop use Apache (easyphp or XAMPP).
