XML Live product feed???

Hi All,

 

Really new to this whole xml/rss thing, but have been advised by my supplier that they have a 'live stock feed'.

 

As this would be alot easier than uploading each and every product and manually turning on and off whether the products are in stock, i was wondering whether anyone knew a simple way to use this technology with oscommerce?

 

I;m not really sure what i should be looking for in the forums, but if anyone can give me step by step instructions on how to do this, or point me in the direction of a previous topic on this area i would be very much appreciative!!!

 

Pleeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaassssssseeeeeeeeeeeee as its taken me hours to upload just a quarter of my products so got at least another 1500+ to go...lmao!!!
