Sessions will not work until this directory is created. afterinstallation i had that error.....what can i do?? and then i had also another error on administration pannel Warning: session_save_path(): SAFE MODE Restriction in effect. The script whose uid is 296818 is not allowed to access owned by uid 0 in /membri/punxunite/catalog/admin/includes/functions/sessions.php on line 110 how can i resolve these problems?? help me pleasee the server where im trying to install oscommerce is altervista.org (!) :'(
♥Vger Posted January 17, 2006 Posted January 17, 2006 Go to osC admin --> Configuration --> Sessions and change tmp/ to just tmp. If that doesn't work then you may have to use the full pathway to the root of your web e.g. (example only): /var/www/html/tmp To find out the full pathway take a look at the DIR_FS entry in your includes/configure.php file.
