change box width

Hi,

I need yours all help concerning the following issue:

 

I would like for the column_left (and the boxes therein) to set a width of 150.

AND

I would like for the column_right (and the boxes therein) to set a width of 30.

 

I know the standard way to change the width of boxes but that way the boxes in column_right and column_left have the same width.
