fallingman Posted January 16, 2006 Posted January 16, 2006 Don't know if this is a FAQ, but my Table Rate Shipping Module, which I have set to calculate postage based on Weight rather than Price basically seems to do its own thing and calculate bogus shipping costs no matter what I try ! Yes I've changed the maximum weight and packaging settings in Configuration. It just seems if I add a product with a weght of "1" unit (don't know what the unit is supposed to be as the weight unit option doesn't seem to appear in my system !), the actual weight calcluated bears no resemblance to the weight table data, no matter how simple I make it. Someone told me this is a known bug in osCommerce, but I can't quite believe that, as otherwise osCommerce is perfect ! Hope this helps, Andy a.k.a. "fallingman"
