Displaying Specials on my Homepage.

Is there any way for someone to write a bit of php code for me so that I can include the contents of the Whats New box and the Specials box?

 

I have built my own table box on my home page but I just need to pull in the contents of both of the aformentioned boxes in to it.

 

I imagine it is a php include or something but I am not good with that.

 

Help?
