I have installed every thing as it should be, but when i go to http://anything.com/admin/ it doesnt ask me for password and user name how can i sort this problem out some help would be great Thank you NoID

GraphicsGuy Posted January 16, 2006 Posted January 16, 2006 If your web hosting control panel has a feature for password protecting a folder, then use it to password protect your admin folder and that will take care of it. Otherwise, there are several contributions for password protecting the admin. Rule #1: Without exception, backup your database and files before making any changes to your files or database. Rule #2: Make sure there are no exceptions to Rule #1.
