Guest Posted January 16, 2006 Posted January 16, 2006 HI there We have today enabled Paypal as a payment option on our website. To test it I then logged in as a customer to our website and purchased an item and went through the full process of selecting paypal as the payment method, which then took me through to Paypal etc to make the payment which all seemed fine except that when I then went back into the admin part of my website the item I had just purchased was not showing as a pending order and the item had not come out of stock ? We also did not receive a sales confirmation e-mail confirming we had just received an order. If I do the same and select cheque / money order instead of Paypal as the payment method everything is processed fine and shows as a pending order etc, and we receive an e-mail confirming an order has been placed. On the Paypal module I have selected "pending" as the option under set order status so it should work fine but for some reason it just doesn't, I'm hoping someone may have some advice to help us. Many thanks Nigel
