One product - selectable options?

I need to know if OSC has the ability to list one package at a set retail, but have check boxes for instance so that users may select 5 different items from many choices that will sell as one package.

 

For instance, I am selling a freezer meat package that is sold as a "Pick 5" package for $39.95. There are 15 choices of meats to choose from. The user needs to first select the "Pick 5" item for purchase, then they need to choose five items from a list that will make up the "Pick 5" package, and then add that information to their cart and checkout. The choices must be displayed in the admin order, and email so we will know what 5 items they wanted in the package.

The issue is the limiting the number picked.
