HTML code like or é in the Order Process mail

Hi,

I would like to replace html codes that existe in the 'Order Process' mail by the corresponding caratcters.

I tried to see in the checkout_process.php code but i did not find how to do that.

I would be very happy if someone can help me.

THe order process email does not have HTML characters - it only has line breaks. If you remove the line breaks everything will be on one line.... not very pretty :-"
