both cookies and session ID's ?

Hi,

 

I'd like one of the following two functionalities for my store regarding sessions:

 

1) Use cookies, if cookies are disabled then use session IDs in the url.

 

2) Use cookies, if cookies are disabled don't track sessions but still let the customer shop (basically one product). Defunker seems to have this functionality.

 

I don't get functionality 1) by default and if I enable "Force Cookies Usage" then it goes to the "No Cookies" page if disabled.

 

Are there any contributions or ways of hacking this easily? I apologize if this has been discussed before, but I tried to research before posting with no answers.
