Have you checked out the support thread?? Anytime you have a problem with a contribution the first place you should go for help is the support thread in the contribution support section of the forum. A lot of time someone else has already had the same exact problem and solved it and the solution is just setting there waiting for you, and if not then at least you will be asking questions of people familiar with the contribution in question. The Knowledge Base is a wonderful thing. Do you have a problem? Have you checked out Common Problems? There are many very useful osC Contributions Are you having trouble with a installed contribution? Have you checked out the support thread found Here BACKUP BACKUP BACKUP!!! You did backup, right??
