Insert Products

Hi!

 

I have a excel file with my products,is there any way to insert my products directly from a file, excel or txt file? Because it's very difficult when we have too much products to insert , insert them by the control panel it takes too long.

 

 

Please if is any other way to insert products in the store or even the store products linked to a existing file?
