Can't access server other than by the localhost itself

My situation is pretty weird, accessing from any PCs on LAN other than the local machine can only ?view? the text part of a page. No Gif images can be open. However browser on the localhost has no problem.

 

My server is running Windows Server 2003 with AppServ 2.4.4a and OSC 2.2 Milestone 2 Update 051113 installed.

I have checked the Windows built-in firewall, ICF is not enabled.

 

BTW, I've also enabled Read and List rights for Guest account for the www root dir. Still no avail.

I have checked the links in the properties of those 'X', they are all pointing to the correct Gif files with correct path.

 

Can anybody shed some light on this. I'm totally out of clues.
