I installed and secured my cart and panel through Ipowerweb........After my hard drive crashed and I lost all passwords that Windows had saved for me so nicely, I discovered that the log/pwd combination I had written down was incorrect. I realize this is probably a bonehead question so your patience, understanding and help would be greatly appreciated.....................

Go into you web hosting control panels and simply reset the password from there. Thanks Tina............I seem to only have the ability to change vdeck, e-mail, mysql, and ftp default passwords through my control panel. (I changed mysql on the odd chance....no go) Ipower tech support told me my shopping cart login/pwd could be read from a file somewhere in my catalog but he couldn't name the file......(I find this info. suspect......) any ideas as to what/where or if this file is........... I could shoot my foot with an unloaded gun......... -jeff
