Guest Posted January 14, 2006 Posted January 14, 2006 I installed OS Commerce via my web hosting company and was not asked for an admin log in/ password. I thought that I would be doing that at the OS Commerce page via an admin link (no link). So now I'm a guest at my own page? Help

Guest Posted January 14, 2006 Posted January 14, 2006 I did read everything. NothingHi Ted. I'm a newb too. I had the same problem haha  ! What you have to do is type https://www.YOURDOMAIN.com/DIRECTORY/admin/. It took me a week to figure it out! I hate bein a noob sometimes. Make sure that you type httpS and not http if you have osC installed in a secure directory. I hope that helps.

Vger Good point Vger. Which directory should go into secure? And if you move the directory, do you have to update anything else(or everything???)?
