PayPal WPP w/ Basic Template Structure pages

Recommended Posts

Hello,

I am attempting to install the PayPal Website Payments Pro Contribution located here: http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contributions,3716

This contribution is not designed to work with the template system I currently have, Basic Template Structure (http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contributions,1263/category,all/search,template+1.3). I was able to copy all the files needed. However, since it was not made to work with the template some files need to be manually edited. This is where I am having problems.

These files:

/catalog

- checkout_confirmation.php

- checkout_payment.php

- checkout_shipping.php

- checkout_success.php

- create_account.php

- create_account_success.php

- login.php

- shopping_cart.php

Need to be converted to work with the template system. I believe they will ultimately turn into these files:

/catalog/templates/content

- checkout_confirmation.tpl.php

- checkout_payment.tpl.php

- checkout_shipping.tpl.php

- checkout_success.tpl.php

- create_account.tpl.php

- create_account_success.tpl.php

- login.tpl.php

- shopping_cart.tpl.php

I have successfully copied all other files need for this Contribution and have successfully downloaded and copied the cert_key_pem.txt from PayPal.

This is what I believe would be the solution to my problem.

Now that you know what my problem is, does anyone know how to successfully convert the above pages?

Please email me directly if you have any info that may help or if you would like me to email you the pages I need changed.

Thanks for your time and help.

Please also post here of any findings or anyone that helps. No reason not to make this stuff public so that people can learn.

It's been a few days and I still can not figure it out... Looks like you have to split the WPP files between the Catalog files and the Content files in the template. I would be willing to make a donation if someone figures it out. With this not working I have CC with CVV on my site and have to manually enter in the info on PayPal's vertual terminal for every sale.
