Guest Posted January 13, 2006 Posted January 13, 2006 I'm using the FedEx automated label contrib but for some reason even though I am on the fedex servers and have an account # it's telling me this every time: This transaction could not be completed. Please note the error message below. ERROR: FedEx Return Error 800E : Account and meter does not match I've reset the meter # but still same error each time. Any help is appreciated.

Switch the mod to production server as in the install text and it will work. In order to use test you must register with the fedex api guys to access the test server. Read the install text and do NOT change meter from NONE, as it will change itself.
Guest Posted January 18, 2006 Posted January 18, 2006 I was on the test server... the problem was that after I upgraded the contribution to the latest version it started doing that. The last updates by CAnneb2 don't work for me, so anyone using fedex automated labels i'd recommend only going up to 'Fedex Automated Labels v1.10 by 1powerhost'
