CVV 1.24 problem

Got this error when going to view the payment module on the admin side after installing CVV 1.24.....

 

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class cc in /home/caribbe/public_html/cart/includes/modules/payment/cc.php on line 13

 

The catalog side seems to be working fine.

 

installing the 1.25 upgrade did not help. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
