Thanks Try enabling download in your admin and setting the weight to 0 for the products you do not want to charge shipping on. The Knowledge Base is a wonderful thing. Do you have a problem? overkill Posted January 12, 2006 Author Posted January 12, 2006 Hey, Just tried that and it did not work. I am using a table rate method so that the more products the person orders the cheaper the shipping gets. However, I do offer a product that is not shipped, but rather uploaded Any other ideas?
overkill Posted January 13, 2006 Author Posted January 13, 2006 There is a section in the product attributes section on downloading and I tried to see if the attributes section would create a free shipping for product B but I can't figure it out....someone has to know this one?
overkill Posted January 15, 2006 Author Posted January 15, 2006 Who knows this???? I have enabled downloading of files in the admin section. I then have selected the product to download and have entered the file to download. When I go to try and purchase that product, it charges me for shipping of that download....This shouldn't happen....What am I missing here?
