New Order Email

Hi all,

 

I am very new to this forum and have browsed through and learn't a lot in just 30mins! Unfortunatly I have not found any solutions to my problem. . . . .

 

When new orders are received by the store, emails are sent to the customer fine but no notification is emailed to us!? The admin area is not always monitored but emails are? Does anyone know of a fix/solution so that a new order notification is sent to a specified address?

In your admin under configuration you need to enter in your email address in the "send extra emails to" field.

Do you have a problem? Have you checked out Common Problems?
