stylesheet help

i removed the outline boxes of the default osc shown here:

because removing it via stylesheet was much easier than removing the class from each individual table that made use of it.

 

 

now my question is:

on checkout_shipping i would like to put it back, but i do not want it anywhere else.

 

what i'm talking about:

in the pic i circled the line i want to reinstate.

on a default shop using osc, you'll note that the background beneath "Shipping Method" has a slight tinge to it, as well as a darker border around the entire option
