Strange Register_Globals error

I have a really strange problem with Register_Globals.

 

Everything was fine until last week.

Some times when you tries to connect to the store you get the famous Register_globals error.

 

If Register_globals is OFF in php.ini the store should not work. But everything is OK 6 times of 10. The other 4 times i get the FATAL ERROR messages.

 

Why do I get the error just some times, and not every time?!?

 

My host has not done any changes the last couple of months.
