Bit of a strange problem

On the product listing page there is the text "Catalogue" at the top. What I would like to do is turn only that text to red, but when I go to the languages folder to find the text and add a color tag like font color, the code shows up in the header tags at the top of the page? Is there any other way of changeing the color? I use header tags from a contribution. Anyway of defining only that text and how do I do that?

Could you post a pic or something so we can figure out just exactly what and where you are talking about? That might help. I've got Catalogue and Categories all over the place so not sure exactly which one you mean.
